At Lilace Beauty, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows greatly impact my ability to serve other clients, so the following policy applies: • Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. • No-shows are defined as not arriving or failing to contact me within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time. These will also be charged 50% of the service price. • After two cancellations or no-shows, clients will no longer be able to book online and will be required to prepay for future appointments.
